  • Guest：Nice enough but decor is a bit old fashioned. No shower (only handheld nozzle in bath) which was disappointing after going to thermal pools. Kitchen/lounge/dining area was a bit cramped. Under cover parking for each unit but space is too narrow to open doors, take out big bags, etc. Short drive from town, was very quiet. Beds are OK. Lovely staff and gorgeous golden retrievers onsite.
  • Guest：Stayed 2 nights here. Very clean & well maintained. Mgrs. friendly & happy to assist, grounds very neat & pleasant. Room had spa bath, kitchen with fridge, stovetop & microwave. Private patio area, wonderful views & only 12 min walk from town, yet feels like out in the country side,. very quite & peaceful. When arriving we were presented with a hamper containing tea, coffee, muesli for breakfast & milk. No hesitation in recommending this establishment & if ever in Hanmer Springs again, this would be our go to accommodation. 5 out of 5.
  • Guest：We stayed for one night in the open plan bungalow, it was the only option available when booking. The upside was the nice view from our deck, the plunger coffee, the complimentary muesli, good shower, and the unit had everything we needed in terms of cutlery, dishclothes, towels, hairdryer etc. The downside was our unit was very run down and we were disappointed for the money we paid. The curtains were dirty, the sofas and cushions were old and worn, the beds were average, the floor was very creaky, the window was rotting and paint peeling off the walls. It needs a good makeover.
  • Guest：A bit of old world charm! Very comfortable beds with pillows. We stayed only one night, but will be back. The reception staff went out of their way to welcome us. The basket with a variety teas and coffee as well as complimentary muesli was a pure delight. The room was super clean with everything you needed and the garden was well maintained and a pleasure to relax in. The hand shower in the spa bath was no problem at all - nice strong flow of hot water.
