  • Guest：We first stayed here in 2021 on our second Trip to stay in Yorkshire.( First time on a coach Holiday in Scarborough). Mum chose The Welford when we decided to head back for a Yorkshire holiday, she chose it randomly. But she hit the jackpot with this little gem of a place to stay. Beautiful, modern hotel, lovely rooms. Spotlessly clean, wonderful choice for breakfast. But the best part was the couple who own it. We have never met such a warm and friendly couple. We really felt like they were our friends when we left . We've been back every year since, and although it would be more convenient to stay in Leeds, we just don't want to stay anywhere else. Heading back in Oct and we can't wait! Xx ??????

Absolutely everything was perfect Judy and Richard have made the place perfect.The rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are the best we have had.Richards homemade sausages are delicious.Their hospitality is exceptional ,we will be back.Thankyou??
  • Guest：The Welford is a lovely place and Richard and Judy are a lovely welcoming friendly couple. The Welford is close to the Convention Centre and all of the shops, restaurants and bars. This place is the best place to stay if visiting Harrogate. If needing a score of 1-10 I would give it a 100.
  • Guest：Lovely B and B ideally placed for attending Harrogate Convention Centre. Richard welcomed me to the property and did the tour. Place was spotless and bed very comfortable. Full selection of quality produce for breakfast. Only slight point was the bathroom was small but it had a great shower. And breakfast was served from 0800 which was a bit later than I would have preferred. Walking distance from station and closer still to town centre. However overall well worth 5 star review
