  • Guest：大家还是避雷这个酒店吧。房费1000虽然不贵，但也绝不便宜，可是没有让我觉得酒店各方面配得上这个价格。外观很高大上有五星级度假村的感觉，但是败絮其中，应该是管理出了很多问题，或者是员工待遇不好所致。 服务：首先前台对顾客爱答不理，带路的服务人员也不会帮着拿行李。 设施：木头严重发霉，薰的呼吸道很难受，即使开着空调还是很潮湿，山区气候所致可以理解。但是霉味应该可以通过勤用除霉剂去解决。餐厅蚊虫很多，套餐100多三菜一汤，但是口味非常一般，如果饭菜口味能提升也会提升酒店整体好感度。可惜没有。 衞生：不想过多的苛责服务人员，但是房间打扫的员工一定是带着怨气在做工作的。比如床单被罩有明显污渍，上一家客人物品没有清理乾净。酒店也做出了补偿，态度还算诚恳。 环境：唯一的环境外观值得称赞。有热带雨林五星级度假村的感觉，但是配套跟不上这个景色，由于附近都是农家乐类型的客栈，这里是唯一还算不错的住宿选择了，可惜配套与服务没有跟上，夜间娱乐活动也不丰富。

  • Guest：作为携程的老用户，也经常用携程上的服务，但是这次体验感真的很一般，我不知道是因为这个酒店作为景区最贵的一个有底气还是啥？一千多一晚的住宿我一来到酒店办理入住是自己拿的行李，没人帮忙拿行李，前台就一个小女孩，而且业务也不熟练，给人感觉一副很敷衍的感觉，完全没有作为一个称职的服务人员标准，其次非凡国际第二天要去景点玩让酒店安排车子送过去也不远，然后一直在催非凡国际，且到了景区非凡国际礼貌问询一下能否玩完再来接非凡国际，司机一副很不情愿且不爱搭理非凡国际的意思説再説再説就打发非凡国际，最后非凡国际还是让景区?的车子送非凡国际回来，这一点要点赞一下，另外再説一下酒店的环境中规中矩，晚上还有小虫子，入住之前，我已经再三强调説麻烦做一下杀虫措施，也是没有做到，真的很失望
