I did not enjoyed the first night in the hotel due to insects in the room, but next morning when I talked with management, it made all the difference in the world because they were so kind and professional with our group. Courtesy, empathy and professionalism goes a long way when we get service and manager Deyver really made our experience in the hotel so special that there is no other hotel in the area that we would visit. I will definitely keep coming back to Cariblue Resort.
