Un posto fantastico con uno staff stupendo. Sicuramente il miglior posto per sentirti a casa e divertirti con persone simpatiche (cosa difficile alla Perhenthian), mangiare bene sulla spiaggia e goderti la vacanza! Andateciiiii!!!!!

Un séjour de 5 jours 4 nuits en chambre vue mer. Je tiens vraiment à remercier le personnel toujours souriant et présent pour leurs clients. La chambre est spacieuse mais n’est pas propre à 100% quelques trucs à revoir et à rajouter dans la salle de bain par exemple. Il manquerai aussi pourquoi pas des transats et parasols sur leur plage mais sinon ils possèdent des bons spots pour profiter de l’eau. Le restaurant est vraiment vraiment abordable en tête de plat c’est très correct et très bien présenté. Pour un court séjour c’est un très bon rapport qualité prix

Ms Yang runs a tight ship. If she is busy she will make time to assist guests. All staff are friendly and helpful. I booked 5mths in advance. I would never visit islands down the east coast without an advance booking. Hoping for a walk in can be unpredictable especially during high season. As much as I commend Cosy resort for allocating my room on the highest level I decided to decline given access was 3 flights of steep steps. I opted for a ground floor room only 15m to the restaurant and beach. My room was large and clean with a wardrobe and desk an chair. The aircon and fridge worked fine. No TV available due to an intended change to the signal system. I was advised this was applicable across the island. Probably P. Kecil as well. Online booking websites should be made aware rather than be allowed to continue advertising false information. No idea when it is fixed. Thete were two double beds with clean linens which provided a comfortable sleep apart from the loudspeaker noise from P. Kecil. Mu Umobile internet was problematic so I relied on the resort's wifi which can be inconsistent as well. The restaurant food was okay. For b'fast I tried the eggs and sausages but the sausages didn't excite me so I had omelettes on my other mornings. For dinner, in addition to the standard menu they offered BBQ seafood options. I had chicken curry (excellent), BBQ barramundi and Malay dishes. Fruit shakes are excellent. At night they placed tables and chairs out on the sand and this was very popular. Staff were kept busy at meal times. Prices are more expensive everywhere as everything has to be transported from the mainland. I did also dine at the nearby Tuna Beach r Resort for my western food fix. Like most accom. they can arrange snorkel trips, transport back to the mainland as well as massage (male) and transfer to Redang island (if operating). They could improve their facilities by having comfortable sunloungers with umbrellas on the sand but maybe it's not permissable. Overall, I had a comfortable stay but was annoyed I prepaid for a room with a TV which I never got to enjoy.

Our stay in Cozy Resort was fabulous! We had 2 villas with amazing sea view, rooms are nice and clean. But the most amazing was the Cozy owners and staff! Everyone was super helpful and nice. Food was delicious (I think the best on island) and every night they had bbq- fresh fish from grill ＜3. I'd love to stay there again.
