Friendly staff, nice welcome and very clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, served on hot plates so food didn't go cold. Shower very powerful. Would stay again

The bedroom was great and clean. Breakfast was good but lacking choice of cereals etc and other options.
Check in was at 4pm and check out at 10.30 which is not the norm for other hotels which offer check in at 3pm and check out at 12, which i thought was a little stingy etc. Other then that, a good stay.

From arrival to leaving after four nights our stay was lovely, friendly inviting staff with a comfortable bed & pillows & a great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Great if you have restricted mobility as there is level access to almost everywhere and a lift!

My family, (aged from 2 to 70) stayed in two of these holiday cottages and had a wonderful stay. The area is very beautiful with plenty to do to keep all ages happy. Jenna is a generous and attentive host who made us feel very welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed or wanted to make our stay perfect. The cottages were comfy and well equipped, located in a secluded part of the beautiful Northern countryside. I highly recommend The Burnside.

Really excellent hotel, very close to Anne Hathaway house. Two restaurants, one serving incredible Indian food. The best hotel on our trip. If you plan to visit Stratford, highly recommend this hotel.

a very pleasant boutique hotel
The Hotel was very pleasant - the rooms were good, breakfast was good and the service we received was good. The only downside was the need to rely on taxis to get into and out of the town centre.
