The receptionist was very informative and polite upon arrival. The room was nicely decorated and spotless.

The windows aren't proper double glazed ones so the noise from the road was oddly loud but the traffic died down at night so it didn't matter too much. The room had a strong pumpkin spice(?) smell to it which I thought would dissipate over time (but it didn't). It was only in the morning when I noticed an air freshener right behind the door which was on maximum. Grumbles out the way, the bathroom was perfectly fine and the bed was very comfy.

The room was lovely; however, the shower cubicle was a bit small, so for a larger person, not much room to move. The bath towels were too small, so again, for a larger person, the towel didn't fully cover. The extractor fan was hit & miss about when it would come on, and it didn't turn off unless we shut the bathroom door, which was odd. The service from the young lady who checked us in was absolutely lovely, couldn't fault her at all. The carpet leading up to the rooms on the 2nd floor is wearing a bit thin & there are patches. Overall though, it was a nice hotel to stay in & i would stay there again.

Great hotel , great service, my only grievance was the tiny tv in the room , please get a large tv , trying to watch a portable tv from the bed isn't good

Great Stay with Excellent Service and Location I really enjoyed my stay at Verve Hotel Bedford. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was friendly and very clear about what the hotel offered and when – which made everything super easy to settle into. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double bed room, which was a really nice touch and much appreciated. The location was great too – just a short distance from the town centre, the rail station, and a big Sainsbury’s, so everything I needed was close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt well looked after during my time there. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Convenient for visit to London. Initial reception clear and concise delivered politely and professionally. Room spacious for two. Shower hot and powerful.Bathroom spotless. Bed large and comfy. Hotel convinient for the town and 9 min walk on the flat to railway station. No problem getting seat in rushour out of Blackfriars London. Auto checkout was helpful.

First time visiting Bedford and I loved this quick hotel here. Walkable distance to the train station, a few restaurants nearby and short distance to the center for shopping and food. . Greeted upon arrival with a smile, the rooms pretty small for a 6’3 athletic guy such as myself. However, it’s functional with everything you need.

在贝德福德，这个酒店还算不错吧，100多年历史了，店家挺热情的，早餐也挺丰富的，离闹区步行大约十分钟的样子，也挺方便。
