房间面积很宽敞，推开阳台门就是草地和湖畔。洗护用品很好闻，早餐也是几天旅程里最好吃的！住客不多，酒店很安静，欢迎小吃很不错。酒店所处地方比较偏僻，在一条弯曲小道的深处，斯里兰卡比较适合包车，不然真的怀疑自己开错地方。

酒店景色超级美，离康提市中心有点距离，但特别安静，大堂外边美得不得了。泳池不是恒温 有点冷。早餐是点餐制度 选择还挺多
但有些地方必须吐槽一下
首先套房有jacuzzi 但没有提前放水 里边很脏 下水很慢 花了一小时清理 老腰要断了，放水放了两个半小时，水够了天也黑了 都是蚊子，根本没用上，差评
第二点是他们的晚餐，7点开始，第一天6:50非凡国际是第一桌点菜的 上菜的时候已经8点了，对於带着小龄孩子出行很不友好。第二天决定出去吃饭，结果晚上9点有人打电话问非凡国际要不要去餐厅吃饭，直接把孩子吵醒了。。。

安静舒适的休憩之地，服务细节有待提升
入住了Kandy的杰特威画廊酒店，总体来説是一段令人放松的体验。
酒店的房间宽敞明亮，配有阳台，我很幸运地住到了正对泳池的房间，视野极佳。房间的舒适度很好，每天早上醒来，推开阳台门，眼前就是泳池和远处的大自然，十分惬意。酒店靠着斯里兰卡着名的马哈维利河（Mahaweli River），周围的生态环境非常好，空气也非常好。经常能看到各种鸟类和鹰，非常适合喜欢安静和亲近自然的人。
泳池是我最喜欢的部分。几乎全天候开放，清晨或傍晚游泳时，感觉整个泳池和天地都属於我，让人倍感放松。餐厅也正对泳池，用餐时既能享受美景，又能感受到自然的静谧。每天早餐後，我都会坐在平台上看书或处理工作，气氛安静，温度适宜，回想在整个斯里兰卡20多天的旅程中，这里是为数不多让我能安心读书的地方之一。
酒店距离市区较远，可能对希望探索Kandy市区的游客来説有二三十分钟的开车时间。其次，服务细节的专业度还有提升空间。例如，入住时有服务人员表演当地舞蹈，但明显有些敷衍。之後，酒店安排了一位专属服务员，并递给我一个手机供随时联系，但她的服务显得比较生疏。例如在房间时，我问窗帘是手动还是电动的，她回答是手动後，演示了一下又拉开了窗帘，而当时已是晚上6、7点，天色完全黑了，完全没有打开的必要。同样一位服务员，每天早上吃早餐时，都会问我要吃什麽。我説吃麦片时，总会问是加椰糖浆还是蜂蜜，而我连续四天都选择了椰糖浆，但每天还是会被重复询问。都是小事，但也可以看出服务更多是一个形式。
总的来説，Kandy的杰特威画廊酒店是一个适合放松和亲近自然的地方。它的房间、泳池和周围环境都很好，性价比也高。如果能在服务细节上进一步完善，主动、贴心地去服务，整体体验会更加令人满意。
A Peaceful and Comfortable Retreat, but with Room for Service Improvement
I stayed at the Jetwing Kandy Gallery during my visit to Kandy, and overall, it was a relaxing experience.
The rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies. I was fortunate to have a room overlooking the pool, which offered a fantastic view. The room was very comfortable, and every morning, I enjoyed waking up, stepping onto the balcony, and soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. The hotel is located by the famous Mahaweli River, and the natural environment around it is excellent, with frequent sightings of various birds and eagles. It’s a great place for those who love peace and nature.
The pool was my favorite part of the hotel. It’s open almost all day, and swimming in the morning or evening felt like having the entire pool and sky to myself, a truly serene experience. The restaurant also overlooks the pool, and dining there offers both visual and sensory enjoyment. After breakfast each day, I would sit on the terrace, read a book, or work. It was quiet, and the temperature was perfect—not too hot. This hotel was one of the few places during my 20-day trip in Sri Lanka where I could truly relax and enjoy some peaceful reading time.
However, the hotel has some shortcomings in its service. First, it’s located quite far from the city center, which might not be convenient for those looking to explore Kandy. Second, the quality of service felt unrefined. For example, upon check-in, staff members performed a traditional song and dance, but it felt half-hearted. Later, I was assigned a personal service staff member and given a phone for direct contact. However, the staff member seemed inexperienced. For instance, when I asked if the curtains were manual or electric, they demonstrated how to close them but then reopened them, even though it was already 6-7 p.m. and completely dark outside. These small details reflected a lack of polish in the service.
Another minor issue was at breakfast. Every morning, I chose cereal and was asked if I preferred coconut syrup or honey. I answered “coconut syrup” every time, but the staff still asked me the same question every day. While it’s a small matter, it suggests room for improvement in their service process.
Overall, the Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a great place to relax and connect with nature. The rooms, pool, and surrounding environment are excellent. If the hotel could enhance its service details, such as being more attentive to guests’ habits and preferences, the experience would be even better.
