Located in a quiet area, very calm and peaceful. The staff were polite and helpful. Very nice breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel 100% recomendable, personal de 10, responsables con el medio ambiente, limpieza excelente, desayuno espectacular con opciones para todo tipo de gustos y necesidades (incluido deportistas, ofreciendo proteína, harina de avena…) Gimnasio genial con buenas máquinas…
En espacio córner con bebidas y comida salada y dulce las 24h es lo más.
Sin duda en mi próximo viaje mi alojamiento será en ARTIEM

酒店的位置靠近機場，搭乘地鐵進入市區約40分鐘，可以接受。酒店房間寬敞，設施完好，還為客人提供了睡衣。早餐豐富、可口，比較特別的是酒店準備了免費的飲品和咖啡在大廳旁邊，下午開始還提供簡單食品。

although outside the centre of madrid, the hotel is 10 min from metro so within 40 min you can be in downtown.
the lobby lounge is lovely and great to chill out.

Amazing hotel - complimentary food and beverage and very attentive staff. Everything is so clean and practical. A bit far from city center, but everything else was impressive. Recommend to everyone looking for a good value for money hotel in Madrid.
