Un hotel con encanto en pleno centro de Granada, cómodo y con un personal muy amable. Parking cercano, para guardar el coche y no sacarlo hasta irse, el hotel se sitúa en plena zona peatonal con todo cerca para ir andando. A cinco minutos de la catedral, de las zonas de tapeo y restaurantes, y de zonas de copas nocturnas. Habitaciones cómodas, ba?o completo y espacio suficiente para descansar del día. Para volver, sin duda.

We were on a business trip in Granada and we had a wonderful stay in the hotel. It is in the center of the city near the Cathedral of Granada. Although it is near some restaurants, it was quiet at night. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and helpful.

Sendo uma cidade histórica, é muito complicado chegar ao hotel de carro, pois o mesmo fica em uma área de pedestres. Pedimos informa??es sobre o estacionamento e o e-mail veio com instru??es bem detalhadas (que tínhamos 15 minutos para deixar o carro parado na rua em frente ao hotel, que seria o tempo para descarregar as malas e fazer o check-in). No entanto, quando chegamos, uma das funcionárias gritou dizendo que a gente n?o podia ficar ali nem por 2 minutos, pois seríamos multadas. Aliás, as duas funcionárias da recep??o n?o servem para trabalhar com hotelaria. S?o grosseiras, mal educadas e nada acolhedoras. Ainda bem que na manh? seguinte tinha um senhor, bem gentil na recep??o. O hotel é pequeno, o quarto é simples, os móveis s?o velhos, precisa de atualiza??o, de um pouco de carinho. é barulhento, já que muitas pessoas passam conversando em tom alto durante a noite. N?o tem café nem restaurante no local. N?o tem estacionamento, maN?o vale s tem convênio. Escolhemos o Rex, que era mais distante (umas 7 quadras), mas nos pareceu mais normal, visto que nos disseram que os outros tinham acessos muito complicados, com entrada muito pequena e baixa, e que tinha que entrar de ré em um elevador. Custou 18 euros por dia. Dito isto, e para ser justa, a localiza??o era muito boa, tem restaurantes, supermercado, confeitarias, e pontos de ?nibus bem próximos, portanto de fácil acesso para tudo. E como fica no centro, bem próximo da Catedral, é bem fácil conhecer a cidade à pé. Para subir até a Alhambra, caminhamos uns 7 min até o ponto de onde sai o ?nibus que leva direto até lá.

Close to cathedral area. Room was spacious with 2 full length windows. Bed comfy and shower hot. Reception was manned 24 hours by friendly staff. The optional breakfast was good value at7€: cereal (sweet), toast, bread, cheese, cold meat, yoghurt, fruit, sweet pastries, fruit. Good coffee, with refill , freshly squeezed orange juice. Available to none residents. Hotel is in a pedestrianised area. We were happy at front but side rooms possibly quieter if you want to avoid chattering people and night time bin collections.

Ni primera experiencia en este hotel fue en 2016….desde entonces no hemos fallado ni un solo a?o (salvo la pandemia). El personal del Hotel es maravilloso. Mención especial a Pilar de Recepción con la que nos une una relación ya casi de amistad después de tantos a?os. Este a?o además con un a?adido…la volvimos loca con las fechas de entrada y salida para dos habitaciones, pues este a?o además vinimos acompa?ados…pues todo solucionado al momento. El hotel está perfectamente situado. Andando a todos lados. Problemas para aparcar en Granada, pero el hotel Dispone de parking próximo. Para mi gusto un único fallo que llevan arrastrando desde que vinimos por Primera vez..la insonorización de las habitaciones. Vale que es Semana Santa, que además pedimos expresamente una habitación con vistas a la calle Alhóndiga (petición a la que acceden a?o tras a?o ) pero una buena insonorización de las ventanas haría de este hotel un refugio perfectisiiimo. No obstante , es y será nuestro refugio en Granada.

Lovely place, great location, fabulous friendly staff, smart rooms, thoroughly enjoyed my time in Granada. Alhambra palace was stunning. Would stay here again without hesitation. Top location for exploring the wonderful city and Alhambra palace.

Great location, minutes walk to the lively narrow streets with bars and restaurants, so good base. About a twenty five minute stroll to the Alhambra and the tourist train can be caught at the end of the street. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, rooms very clean, comfortable and all the basics available including wifi. ( The only thing we would have liked was a small safe as we had passports etc with us) in terms of value for money, excellent! Only downside was difficult to reach by car and car parking not easy. However staff were very helpful in explaining where we needed to go and we parked our vehicle about 200m away in a multi-storey. 52€ for 4 days, with a discount when the ticket was stamped by the hotel. Be warned, it was however the tightest car park we’ve ever experienced so tricky with a larger car, overall would highly recommend this hotel, thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en el centro de Granada. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y bien decoradas. El personal es muy amable y te atiende como si fueras de la familia. Repetiría sin duda :)

Hotel Nieves is apparently a three star hotel which surprised us when we saw our room. The room was quite small as was the bathroom. The room had no refrigerator nor safe nor kettle. The hotel had no cafe, bar or restaurant. It obviously has one once. The room had a wardrobe but lack hooks for hanging up outdoor clothes. The bathroom had no shelf for wash bags and no hooks for clothes or towels apart from those built into the towel rack, which are not really useable. The shower was good, but the bar whereby the head can be attacked to the wall was loose. The shower cubicle had no where to hang shower gel or soap. Hotel lacks attention to detail, management need to stay in their own rooms and they will see what can be improved. The hotel is very well located although local car parking is possible it is expensive and very tight manoeuvring a large car, although we did find some large spaces available at lower levels. Overall I would rate this as an acceptable 2 star hotel not too expensive ina good location. As my wife said if this is 3 star hotel then she is a ballerina!
