We arrived at 4.15pm to find our room wasn’t ready so they changed it to a room that was made up. At 7.00am when we wanted to go to the swimming pool we realised we only had 1 robe and no slippers. Then when I went for a shower we found we only had 1 bath towel and I hand towel. Also it would have been nice to have been told that going to the spa involved a walk outside. The shower gel in our room was empty.

A lovely hotel in peaceful surrounds. Room was comfortable and well appointed, however had quite poor noise insulation from other rooms and the corridor. Spa was relaxing and modern. Breakfast very tasty with a good range of options.

Hotel is good, spa had disturbance for a private class almost for an hour with loud music. Guests should be informed in advance about such activities and we could have choose some other hotel, jacuzzi temperature is not warm. YouTube on the TV doesn’t work.
Sure the one in the pool classes were non-residents of the hotel and steam, sauna was almost full and couldn’t be used much. Disappointing.

Family birthday wkend away we had 2 lodges one with a hot tub we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay lovely place to stay the spa facilities were wonderful and good in the restaurant was superb

Jeg havde ophold p? hotellet fra l?rdag til torsdag.
Pga. meget arbejde bestilte jeg room service hver dag, men p? samtlige leveringer var der mangler eller fejl.
Cornwall Spa vil ud af til gerne v?re et tophotel med forholdsvis fine fornemmelser, men er blot et standard hotel.

Slechte bedden, veel te klein en door gelegen. In de spa werden geen handdoeken gebruikt in de sauna, de hamman stinkt naar zweet. Veel achterstallig onderhoud en slechte herstellingen aan de tegels, douches…etc uitgeleefd. Kinderen mochten niet in het bubbelbad, kinderen mochten maar beperkt in het zwembad op bepaalde tijden. Werk personeel wandelde met vieze schoenen zonder bescherming door het zwembad. Bij het ontbijt ontbraken broodjes. Een beetje vergane glorie. En de tafel bij het onthaal kwam zeer onverzorgd over, geen welkom drankje na een reis van 6uur weinig uitleg of begeleiding over wat mogelijk was. Zeker Geen aanrader voor mensen met kinderen, te weinig faciliteiten voor kinderen. Niet tevreden ik had dit Veel beter verwacht en vooral de Slechte bedden met het vele tapijt in de cottage is niet aangenaam.

Meget smuk beliggenhed og dejlig stil. God plads til 4 voksne. God mulighed for at lave mad selv. God pool og tr?ningsfaciliteter. Gratis parkering.

?ldre hotel
Nydeligt ?ldre hotel. Sengen er godt slidt/madrassen sk?v. Sikkert gamle vandr?r, men de larmer vildt n?r der tages bad. Det virker til restauranten er ukoncentreret k?kkenet. Lunken suppe og der manglede ingrediens i hovedretten jf beskrivelsen p? kortet. Sk?nt at Spa afd. er b?rnefri de sene aftens timer.

3 night stay
The property was great, we had booked a deluxe double room which was on the 2nd floor and had views of the small woodland area. The room was nice sized and very comfortable. We had free access to the Spa, which was alright. Lots of kids in the swimming pool and clear signs on dos and donts for the sauna so people were entering with plastic slippers, walking boots and also bringing plastic water bottles inside - this can definitely improve. Maybe add a separate kids pool area so adults can enjoy the spa and have some clear rules for using sauna.
Breakfast was good and the property decor was modern and fresh.
The property does NOT have EV chargers so beware. The nearest one at ASDA is very slow and often out of order. For a property this size I would say its worth installing few EV chargers.
St Austell lacks good restaurants.
Short distance is Charlestown which has some amazing resturants around a beautiful harbour.

Screen off the shower and bath
Had to book quickly while at work, the premium room has a shower, bath, and sink in the bedroom. The bedroom fills with steam and gets soaking wet when you have a shower or bath. Makes it very uncomfortable to sleep in. It was very clean, but having wash facilities in the bedroom is without a doubt the worst idea.
