    • Guest：A warm friendly welcome, our room was on the ground floor thankfully as no lift. Small but cosy and had everything we needed from hairdryer, tea & coffee,and a clean comfy bed. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10. Friendly service, good choice from cereals, pancakes and a full breakfast with lovely thick crusty toast. Our room was spotless. We had a lovely comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again.
    • Guest：The greeting at reception was friendly and we added the breakfast to our stay on arrival - well worth it. Our room was medium sized, good shower and ample storage space for our stay. The bath towels were luxurious and the addition of a bottle of water and tea making facilities in the room was great. Wimbledon was on so great to have the tv and free Wi-fi was an added bonus. Limited car parking but we did not experience an issue.
    • Guest：Excellent guest house, we have returned twice this year. Rooms lovely and clean, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is excellent and I’d say the best we’ve had. Lovely bacon, sausage and fresh eggs on the full English. Will definitely be back!
    • Guest：The Sandcliff bed and breakfast is a lovely place to stay in Cromer .We,had a very nice room with very comfortable beds and chairs nice shower and the breakfasts were the best breakfasts we have ever had on holiday .
