Situated in middle of lush green forest with a beautiful view of the ancient Sigiriya Rock. Staff is absolutely friendly, and facilities have exceeded my expectations. Rooms are spacious with good facilities and food was presented in such a nice manner.

Very welcoming as soon as you arrive, amazing bedroom with private balcony (you can see the monkeys from), huge bathroom with an amazing shower! Comfortable beds. Free breakfast given with a good selection of food which is different every morning, all staff are amazing and make you feel very welcome! Private safari ride organized by home stay which was a wonderful experience the driver got us very close to the elephants and took us to a location where it wasn’t overcrowded with other jeeps, the driver was very informative with all his knowledge on elephant, we learnt so much. Our home stay took us to see the firefly’s in his back garden, amazing once in a life time experience! Bikes given so that you can ride into town and look at the beautiful lions ride and shop around the village. Would 100% recommend and go back the house was like a palace ??

We stayed as a family of 5 in 2 rooms. The rooms are spacioua, light and spotlessly clean. Our rooms both had a little seating area overlooking the gardens. There was bottles of water in the room upon arrival. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldnt have been more helpful. Taking our bags to the room, serving smoothies at check in, booking tuktuks, free bike hire, and just super friendly. They were amazing. The bikes were an added bonus. We literally cycled everywhere. Breakfast was delicious and the evening meals were very good too. The dinner cost was very similar to nearby restaurants. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Sigiriya!

Great location for safari base, bird watching and for the sights. There's a great view of Lion Rock from the rooftop terrace. It's an excellent family run hotel. Rooms are a bit bad c but adequate. Good shower. All those we interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. For the cost you could ask for nothing better.

清潔なお部屋と、シーギリヤロックが一望できるテラスがとても素敵なホテルです。期待以上でした！ また事前にツアーなどの打ち合わせもでき、參加したエレファントサファリは旅行中の1番の思い出です！ドライバーさんが知識豊富でとても良い方でした！こちらにお泊まりの際にはぜひおすすめのアクティビティです！

服務：也很好，很客氣！提供早、中、晚餐。
設施：很好，家俱都是好牌子！還有搖床、沙發，設施齊全，很舒服。外面有搖床，秋千。

Very nice hotel. We stayed two nights! The staff was so friendly. Nice view. The food was delicious, nice Rice and Curry!! We could use bicycles, great! Definitely recommend this hotel. Near the town!

The best place to stay in budget as well, the view is amazing, amazing room. The bathroom is next level. Well maintained rooms and clean. Friendly staff. Specifically the roof top/ the open dining area is the best place have your food / have your drink to relax.

共同経営者の日本人の女性とスリランカ人の男性に會えました。2人とも本當に素敵な人??話せて嬉しかったー。 部屋は清潔で、日本茶もあり、冷蔵庫やポットもあります。 庭もあり、ハンモッグもまた最高?? 3階からはシーギリアロックが見えてamazing 。最高の景色です！ 昔、バックパッカーをしていて色々な宿を體験しましたが、巖見荘さんは本當にお勧めです。 自然が好きな人は、さらに自然を満吃できますよ?

Had 2 nights there, nice view, yummy dinners and breakfasts, cool co-owner, and spacious rooms. Even though we had a huge thunderstorm and blackout during our stay, we fully enjoyed this hotel. We got a free late check-out from the owner, which was perfect bonus for us. The only problem we had is that the toilet washlet did not work in our bathroom. I am sure that it will be fixed soon. Therefore, I would give 4.5 stars for this hotel. One of the best in SL for us. Well done!
