设施：厨房设施完备，酒店位置方便，离大的西人超市和蒙特利尔老城以及皇家山，麦吉尔大学等景点都很近，值得推荐。

酒店的位置真的是非常方便了。首先是在市中心，楼下就有公交车站，走八分钟左右有地铁站，去哪里都很方便。
其次是房间很乾净舒适，配的full kitchen, 方便吃点早餐，或者买一些饮料放在冰箱。
附近走几分钟有iga 大超市，唐人街还有家乐福，买生活用品很方便。
离唐人街一个路口，走路五六分钟可达，可以很好地满足旅游中的中国胃。

The room is spacious, clean and the kitchenette is pretty well equipped, enough for simple cooking. I was able to churn out meals from the kitchen amenities provided????
And conveniently located, most of the places that I wanted to to visit are within walking distance and IGA grocer is just 5mins walk away

We stayed for 4 nights and the location is perfect. It's in between two metro stations, both are about 6-7 mins walk (Champ de Mars, and Saint Laurent) depends which line you are in. We arrived by train and took the metro at Bonaventure (this is connected to the Central station: "Gare Centrale") and arrived at Champ de Mars. There is a supermarket 5 mins away ("IGA") and the airport bus station is by the hotel. Chinatown is 7 mins away and make sure you visit Sammi dumplings. There is a food court ("Le Central") 5 mins away although we found it slightly expensive. The Old Port of Montreal and Notre-Dame Basilica are about 15 mins away from the hotel.
Facilities: As a number of people said, the rooms are quite basic and need a lot of uplift. Our room doesn't have any sofa (which was different from the pictures here) but functional so there is no complain. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. We cooked our dinner twice.
Staff and service: all staff are friendly and very helpful, gave advice on directions and always have a smile.

The reception is really friendly but the room was not clean, I can see some ants in the room.

Pro: (1) Upon check-in, I got a complimentary upgrade to a large suite with a balcony. (2) Room is clean, spacious and well equipped. (3) Conveniently located with bus/metro connections to airport and central train station. Only five minutes' walk to Chinatown. Walking distance to old Montreal.
Con: (1) Only one housekeeping service in every 7 days of hotel stay which is rather inconvenient, and you need to tidy up your room by yourself. (2) My room is facing a busy street and sometimes got a bit noisy. (3) Difficult to adjust the shower head water temperature which is either too cold or too hot. (4) No safety box in the room.
