Thank you Lokesh for a great stay. Very much appreciated your kind guidance and great food in the restaurant. Lovely, friendly and caring staff throughout the hotel from front desk, to driver, to doorman and porter, restaurant staff and housekeeping. Comfortable, clean, quiet room. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year since 2010, with a short break during the Covid period and returned in April 2021 up until last month. It truly feels like a home away from home. The staff’s hospitality is consistently outstanding, they are always welcoming, friendly and go the extra mile to make each stay memorable. This place will always be my top choice whenever I’m in Chennai.

During my recent visit, I found the overall experience to be pleasant and the staff generally courteous and helpful. However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the check-in process at the front desk. While the receptionist was polite and professional, the process felt noticeably slow and somewhat inefficient.

Pretty good for the price. But the room is too small for 2 of us.

All the staff so friendly and superb flexi staying at the Hotel. The place is superb safe and clean. I will recommend this Hotel for the future.

No entertainment no tv channel working. No toilet Roll available. Breakfast always same food.

Pros - Clean room, comfortable mattress, TV has many channels, A/C was good, mini fridge and kettle available, location close to many shopping area, friendly staff Cons - Minor issues like bath gel replenishment and TV channel defect were only addressed after multiple requests.

Great accommodation we stay here for 3days and 2 nights. Just 10mins walk to T Nagar and Ranganathan street shops, The breakfast was simple and nice. There is no toothbrush in the room, after request several times and only after a few hours instead of minutes they provide , all requests are delayed. For two days, everyday early morning a pounding sound disturbed our sleep, I believe it was from the hotel kitchen The staff were not so friendly. It was the same in the front desk also. When we checked in, we didn't feel welcomed at all. We could not have a chance to see any smile there except a few house keeping staff.

1. Room not ready in time. 2. Noisy ventilation fan. 3. Reception service was GOOD.(Friendly & helpful). 4.Nearby to shopping centres. 5.Transport service available. 6. Unnecessary taxing for tourists, example for laundry. 7. Need more varieties of foods for breakfast.
