What a lovely efficient hotel. Restaurant was great as well. I go to West Palm for business. This will be my go to hote!

When I checked in I was told I would get free parking because I joined their loyalty program but the charge was on my bill after my stay. There was a different person then the one I checked in and she told me that there was nothing she could do about the fee. I think that is BAD business to promise something but charge despite telling me there would be no charge. I will not stay there again. I live locally and visit this area frequently.

Everyone was very great and it was clean place. Just only issue i had was the jacuzzi jets. They dont work properly and just make bubbles instead of being a strong jet you can use on your back. Otherwise, thank you for the stay

We love this place. Whenever e go to WPB, we stay here,and it never disappoints. The staff is always great, the rooms clean, and the Bistro is excellent.

The hotel is conveniently located to the airport, beach, fine dining and shopping, most within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very well informed and helpful. Great place to stay.

My only complaint was the tv stations available. mostly sports and business, family stations non existant

Staff was great, at reception and restaurant. Only problem, which is a BIG one (fault of corporate): they do not accept tap to pay (no saved cards, no Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, etc). :/
