  • Guest：Staff were very friendly even though I did not speak Spanish well. It is about a 30 minute Metro ride to the center of Madrid, but away from the tourist crowds and close to the Chamartín station where I needed to catch my onward train to Vigo. On the last day I decided to try their breakfast buffet, which had freshly made coffee, nice pastries, fruit, and juice. I was on the first floor, which was above the ground level on the street-side, but the neighborhood is fairly quiet. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend it for travelers who have similar needs.

  • Guest：Well located hotel in Causeway Bay, rooms whilst slightly on the small side are well designed and equipped. Staff are extremely polite and attentive. Only minor down side is the lack of information that we were provided with as regards the facilities that were available in the hotel.
