Die lage des hotels ist perfekt. Der empfang freundlich und korrekt. Die zimmereinrichtung eher unstylisch und von minderer qualit?t. Dusche und wc unfunktional. Das frühstück ist knapp genügend. Das bett ist sehr bequem. Der preis ist ok.

Buen lugar, muy céntrico y con muchos planes para hacer en Madrid. La ba?era de hidromasaje algo vieja. No la usamos. Personal amable, y cama cómoda. La cocina no tiene casi menaje tener en cuenta si se piensa usar cuando vayas. Para una pareja está bien.

Classic city centre tiny rooms with a very strange "enter via the bolted-on bathroom" setup. Friendly staff but not very organised. This isn't a great hotel, the bar is not really a true bar "no, sorry, we don't have any white wine" and breakfast served in the same room is also pretty poor. No choice, just a plate with some fruit, some processed cheese and meat, and a couple of pastries. Having said that, location is very good, this is a great neighbourhood to stay in and plenty of places to eat & drink. Overall though, city centre prices and didn't feel like value for money.

An amazing little boutique hotel in a great part of town. Lots of interesting cafes nearby, a walk away to Gran Via, Abalu is surprising as it’s funky and fun decor and Alexa playing music as you enter and great big pink flamingos in your bathroom near your jacuzzi tub! Really enjoyed our stay, excellent service. The only issue we had was that they seem to have issues with their plumbing as drainage in tub and sink was very slow.

Originalidad en todo el hotel, tranquilidad y ambiente relajado. La habitación es grande, con un ba?o en dos alturas y jacuzzi ?encantador! ... tenía velitas encendidas cuando llegué. La decoración es exclusiva, con chaise longue incluido. No escuché ningún ruido en las noches que estuve. La única pega, no tenua armario en la habitación... solo dos barras colgadoras a la vista ... igual no ha sido del todo práctico. En general, la estancia ha sido agradable y el personal encantador.

Disappointing
Clearly still having a lot of work done on improvements which was disappointing. The quality of the rooms, bathrooms was poor. Our toilet door consisted of an unpainted sheet of hardboard with a handle screwed onto it which you couldn't close anyway.

Great staff and location - room not so great
Super nice staff, very friendly and helpful. And the location is perfect.
But our room was smelly, and there was a machine next to it continuously making a lot of noise, so opening the windows to refresh the atmosphere was not an option.
Also, we had booked a room for three guests but were informed that a supplement was required in order to install a third bed. Not a big deal, but not nice.
