    • Guest：The A/C was not functioning correctly and they even gave us another room to try that also had a poor functioning A/C. We decided to muscle through but got a terrible night sleep, which was the main reason we chose the hotel, we needed a location close to our conference for a good night sleep.
    • Guest：My disappointments with the property were the beds, which were uncomfortable, and the water pressure for the shower was very weak. This property still has tubs, which makes it cumbersome to get into and leads to leaking of the shower onto the bathroom floor. These are the two most important features for me in hotel rooms. I don't believe I will be returning to this property
    • Guest：Unprofessional My stay started rocky and quickly declined. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the receptionist sat in the office on her cell phone. I later found out she was the supervisor, who also had a guest inside of the office after 10 PM. When I checked out they double charged me incidentals and never informed me that the parking had a fee. When I called to find out about the charges, the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional, even cutting me off midsentence. Terrible experience and I will be telling everyone I know not to stay here. Completely unacceptable.
    • Guest：Unacceptable room conditions My room had no hot water in the shower. And the room smelled like a sewer. I reported it and they said thank you for letting us know. The problems still existed to the time that I checked out.
