The parking was a little tricky at the beginning but it was handled quickly and graciously. The room was great. I wasn't aware there was no elevator so after a few rounds of three flights of stairs my legs were shaking but I got my steps in! Check in was so simple and easy, I loved it! Quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

We have the same complaint as others, we drove 4 hours after a last minute booking to find we required additional check in (outside the app), a deposit and costly parking reservation to receive the codes at a contact-less hotel. The email arrived as we pulled into the location. There is no one physical to talk to even by phone - to help expedite this, so we did our online check in, paid the deposit - somehow linked to my bank - which I did not like and paid for parking but had to wait another 2 hours for the parking code. Kinda ****** sitting in my car at some parking lot down the street after such a drive trying to resolve. Never had this issue before.

We have contacted you multiple times to complete the pre checkin form to avoid any delays. Completing the form after hours may result in delays at checkin. 除了办理网上自助入住有点麻烦之外，其他都不错。各种生活用品都有，窗子可以全部打开，窗外景色安宁优雅，房间距离海滩步行10分钟，海滩有游艇码头和沙滩，周边50米有大超市，周边有日式和泰式餐馆。古色古香的建筑，很有味道。携程的服务太好了，我担心自助入住办理不成功，携程的客服一直在帮忙跟进。

I recently stayed here and unlike majority hotels this place has no lobby. I purchased my room and 2 night stay and payed around $600 and when I got to location I had to not only do all of my check in from a QR code link but pay an additional $240 for parking. Room was a studio size, bathroom was small, shower head had calcium buildup on it.
