  • Guest：This place is absolutely perfect. We didn't make it during office hours for check in. I called to let them know and Jess was super friendly and helpful. The after hours check-in process was so simple. The room was perfect and spacious. It really was a home away from home. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the shower was hot and had the best pressure. The room was equipped with a reverse cycle air con and a natural gas powered faux wood fire heater. The room also had a full size kitchen with everything you would need to cook. We were welcomed with a bag of marshmallows to toast on the communal fire pit. The gardens and lawns are well maintained, there is a heated indoor pool, free washing and drying facilities, a family games room and an abundance of Australia native birds to view. I wish we stayed longer to really take advantage of what was on offer.
  • Guest：This was or 3rd or 4th stay with the extended family in 4 of the bungalows and in the cottage. The amenity of Federation Gardens is so good. The kids spent an entire afternoon in the pool, the outdoor BBQ was our breakfast and dinner location while the kids all played football or romped in the kids' playspaces. And then there was the firepit and the complementary marshmallows. Bird life was prolific and fun for the little kids to learn.

  • Guest：We were pleasantly surprised when we first arrived, the whole place was even better than we expected. The rooms were clean, well-equipped with kitchen essentials, a TV, and clean bath towels. The surroundings were lovely, with plenty of facilities such as open grassy areas, a tennis court, BBQ spots, a games room, and a small playground for children. It’s a wonderful spot for families and for anyone who enjoys being close to nature. The location is also convenient, not too far from the main town. Check-in and check-out were very easy, even though we arrived late. We had a pleasant stay and felt like home with basic things available there. Big thanks to Jess and the team for giving us this positive experience. Great price, great quality. We will definitely come back next time we visit the Blue Mountains. Highly recommended!
