A Peaceful and Premium Living Experience! Everest Mahasri Avenue is an excellent choice for anyone looking to settle in Coimbatore. The location is very convenient — right on Cheranmanagar Main Road with easy access to schools, hospitals, and shopping centers. The surroundings are peaceful, and the construction quality is top-notch. The community feels safe and well-maintained. I’m very happy with my experience here and would highly recommend it to others!

I had to book few rooms at Everest Residency to accommodate few of my guests, recently. The location is too interior from Sathy road and Avinashi road. Rooms are not that dirty or bad as mentioned in other reviews in google. Rooms were small and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid below 8 years. You cannot expect a Star hotel like stay at this cost. The ‘On The Rock’ resto bar will not be a disturbance for the guests. Overall i had a good experience with no complaints from my guests. If you looking for a busy place with all amenities nearby, then this is not the place. Definitely a good place for a short stay or bulk booking for a function or trip.

Location is remote with no eating option and travel option, in house food is very poor. Lifts are dirty, not advisable. No uber, ola autos or cabs available, no eating options in the vicinity. Dont go by photos.
