Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena.
No podemos tener ninguna queja de limpieza, porque estaba todo genial.
Es hotel es muy bonito, con sus detalles tan cuidados y habitaciones tan grandes. Merece la pena.
La ubicación, en long beach, cerca de restaurantes, de escuelas de buceo, desde donde salen las excursiones, todo cerca. A parte, tiene su propio restaurante, en el que la comida está buena y sus cócteles; que también.
Tienen tumbonas, te ofrecen toalla gratuita, te ayudan con el ferry (nos acercaron en barca).
Al llegar nos ofrecieron una bebida de bienvenida, además de alguna tapa.
Se preocupan continuamente por ti, por que vaya todo bien; personal atento y amable.
El desayuno es tipo buffet, en el que puedes pedir zumos que te hacen al momento, café o té.
Además tienen servicio de pancakes, y huevos en varias versiones.
Variedad de panes y bollería, algunos sándwich ya preparados, quesos, salmón, cereales, comida tipo salchichas, macarrones, arroz,… (varía un poco cada día la comida caliente).
No tengo nada negativo que decir.

滿分??是給攜程的，攜程溝通順暢，及時解決問題！布布別墅酒店要客觀的一分為二評價，客房負責接待和客房部很多政策非常差！每晚3000多的價格連接送船都要自己承擔費用！不提供免費接送服務；然后入住第二天的晚上臨時要求要加收9歲小孩子入住費用300馬幣一晚的入住費，不加床也要加錢，相當于要收三晚1800的人民幣，説是吉隆坡總部要求的！收費非常不合理！酒店客房在每天水也只能供應2瓶，整個酒店客房部很多政策很不合理及混亂，臨時加錢會影響旅途的心情，但是酒店的餐廳服務 口味都非常好 在馬來西亞這里算好吃的！早餐非常好吃，還提供免費自選早餐，午餐晚餐也很不錯，雖然價格在整個海灘算貴的，但好在味道食材都很好！服務員也很細致會主動點蚊香！體驗感很好！如果是帶孩子的家庭是不建議來的！這個人名幣要4000一晚 性價比服務等各方面差太多了

I stayed at Bubu Villa for my family trip - with my wife and 2 teenagers.
Bubu Villa is well located at the end of Long Beach and it is one of the best places to stay in Pulau Perhentian.
The staffs were very friendly, facilities were well maintained, the food (both the breakfast and grill-dinner) were great as well.
I would surely stay here again and I do recommend Bubu Villa to others who are looking for a premium place to stay in Pulau Perhentian.

房間很大，有庭院，有一點小馬代的感覺，但沒找到吹風機。餐飲不錯，味道OK，食材新鮮，略貴于其他附近餐飲。服務還是比較熱情的，尤其是早餐的現點餐飲服務員工，非常熱情主動詢問是否有需要order的餐品，主動服務難能可貴，感受很好。但前臺服務比較敷衍，看似熱情但不解決問題，去到等了很久沒有人主動告知可以入住，去到前臺詢問，幾個談天説笑的女服務員才笑笑説現在ok了，離開時也是因為前臺安排等待water taxi錯過了船班，明明非凡国际已經很著急多次詢問，前臺都告知沒有問題，船經常會遲到的，我要求他們打電話告知船公司非凡国际還未上船，估計也是沒有溝通，很無語，對顧客的服務不應該只是在表面熱情，希望能真正為客人解決問題，而不是制造問題。

I wanna give some information about the garden villa and ocean villa, garden villa is way better than ocean villa , it has private yard, it’s a little far from the lobby for more privacy and peace, but ocean villa is near the restaurant and it’s not private, the residence of gardens villa should pass by ocean villas to get to their room and it’s not even beach front, it doesn’t have private yard so the guests couldn’t open the curtains and use the view ??it should be half price of garden villa but it’s more expensive ??
the toilet and bathroom doesn’t have door but has view to garden.
The stuff are great. ????
The food is the best in the island but totally is average.
Snorkeling with firus was amazing.??
Everything is perfect, I highly recommend this villa.????

Superb hospitality from ALL the employees. They are all super friendly and helpful! Booked a Garden View room and it’s just perfect. Room and surrounding compound is spacious, quiet and peaceful. Though the food prices are quite expensive compared to the other stays. Location is located at the end of Long Beach and the crowd is lesser here too.
