Checked in with 2 dirty rooms! out of 5 rooms. The hotel was making an accuse that the check in time is actually 2 pm that’s why the room are still dirty, we arrived at 1:30 pm and we were informed that the rooms was ready! This place is totally lack of hospitality and professionalism.
