A bed a toilet a breakfast. Full payment before using. Sadly dirty bathroom from previous customers. We found spiders and birds feathers in the shower. Not cleaned even after 4 days. No one cleans the rooms or do the beds. Not even between different customers. Musty smell from the bedroom curtains. Beatles was inside the breakfast area. Nice position near borjomi.
