Looks like you enjoyed your stay overall. We will certainly assess the condition of the mattress in the room you were in. It is unclear what water you are referring too but we will check and make sure that hot water in that room is set at the correct temperature. Happy you enjoyed the beach, our Cafe and margaritas. Sorry you were disappointed. We moved you to two different rooms and you checked out with us the next day in person. At no point did you mention this. In general, it is always helpful to let the front desk know as soon as an issue arises so corrective actions and possible compensation, when it applies, can be addressed immediately. Of course, our goal is zero issues and we work hard to meet that goal. Thank you for your feedback.
