    • Guest：Hotel was closed. Staff was polite overall great day very clean and spacious room great location.
    • Guest：The staff is wonderful. Check-in was a breeze and very courteous. Diana at the bistro made my evening by correcting my meal. It made all the difference after a long drive from Charleston, SC. The room was clean but could stand a bit of updating. Furniture is a bit beat up. Beds were not made to Marriott standards, even if it is a Courtyard. For downtown Norfolk, I expect a bit more.

    • Guest：Room was very clean. Quiet. The ice machine was broken but that wasnt a bother for me since I had a fridge. The bar has great wings and the best drinks. Makes me just want to go there for the food.
