Beau site propre, avec piscine. Bel accueil. Stationnement surveillé. Juste un peu trop d’escaliers pour se rendre à notre habitation qui était tout au fond. L’h?tel est bien situé, à 3-4 minutes de la plage et des restos.
No one in office at checkin time. I had to wait in a parking lot for 45 minutes with my baby. That evening, the staff were again not there, and the line security guard wouldn’t let me drive my car to the room. He suggested I leave my baby alone in the room while I park the car elsewhere.
Room was shabby. Bed lumpy and plastic feeling. One sheet and no comforter.
Excelente ubicación, limpieza, atención super amable. Piscina amplia, limpia. Lugar tranquilo y familiar. La pasamos genial. Nos hemos hospedado en 6 lugares diferentes en Santa Teresa y este ha sido el que más nos ha gustado.
This is a solid, comfortable hotel and exactly what you’d hope for at this price point. Clean rooms, air conditioning that actually works, a decent pool, and overall great value for the money. No complaints there. But what really put this place over the top was Luis, the hotel manager. From the start, he had that calm, cool, trustworthy energy — helped in no small part by the fact that he was wearing an Atticus Finch shirt. At that moment I thought, “Alright… this is clearly a man of character.” Sure enough, after I had already left the hotel, Luis personally texted me with a photo of my Kindle and a very expensive pair of glasses I’d accidentally left behind. Luckily, I had my phone number written on the back of the Kindle (this was, unfortunately, the second time I’ve lost it), which made getting in touch easy. No drama, no hesitation — just pure honesty and kindness. Thanks to him (and a friendly fellow guest who helped with the handoff), everything made it safely back to me. Any tiny issue anyone could ever have with a hotel completely disappears when you’re treated like that. Luis restored my faith in humanity, and that alone makes this a five-star stay. I’d absolutely come back.
Emplacement revé ! La plage et les spots de surf à 1mn à pied. La piscine, la douche extérieur juste parfait. Le logement en soit n’ a rien d’extraordinaire mais le juste nécessaire y est présent ! Dans tous le cas, le lieu est juste là où il faut être !

Local do hotel é bem próximo ao acesso à praia e ao point de surf Zeneidas. Hotel bem espa?oso em meio à natureza. Os quartos s?o na parte alta do terreno, há que caminhar na subida e ainda subir uma escada, os chalés tem acesso mais fácil. Piscina agradável em meio à natureza. Quartos espa?osos e limpos, banheiros merecem uma renova??o (dos quartos), alguns n?o tem janela. N?o tem local para cafe da manh?, mas nos arredores tem várias boas op??es. Dá para fazer tudo a pé por perto do hotel.

Muy buena atención, no había nadie más hospedado por lo que teníamos el hotel para nosotros, aunque estaba vacío hacían limpieza de todas las habitaciones diariamente, la piscina estaba limpia, la atención fue muy buena. La cama es muy cómoda y se duerme de maravilla.
the place is right on the main road , 5 minutes from the path to the beach. the cabana was big but not lighted enough and the curtains were red so in the morning the sun light waked us . there is not service to the rooms so it is hard to manage with the luggage. A nice thing over there are the iguanas that are all over the peremises and the pool in the center.
