Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was heartier than expected as we have gotten nothing but pastry and cereal in the other hotels we have visited. The view was gorgeous and the proprietors over the top helpful and gracious

L’hotel gode di una posizione davvero unica, con una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Villefranche, e i proprietari si sono dimostrati cordiali e disponibili durante il soggiorno. Tuttavia, devo dire che la camera non rispecchia le aspettative di un hotel: l’arredamento e l’impostazione sono molto basilari per una vera e propria stanza d’albergo, con odore di umidità. Altro punto debole è il rapporto qualità-prezzo: il costo è piuttosto elevato per la tipologia della struttura. Comprendo che i prezzi siano in linea con quelli della zona, ma resta comunque un aspetto che incide sull’esperienza complessiva. In sintesi: un soggiorno piacevole per la vista panoramica e la cortesia dei gestori, ma con camere e tariffe che non giustificano pienamente le aspettative.

The owner shared some great tips to see nearby Eze for drinks with an incredible view. You can also walk to the harbor for dinner from hotel. 700 steps down to sea level & Uber back. Nice breakfast included with a variety of options.

Bon séjour à l'h?tel la fiancée du pirate! Séjour agréable, très belle vue et proximité excellente pour prendre le ferry. Chambre avec vue sur jardin bien, bien que mobilier un peu vieillissant, piscine très bien, petit déjeuner au top sous forme de buffet, attention les boissons chaudes ne sont pas comprises dans le tarif.

We really loved relaxing here on our last day in France. The owners were lovely. The hotel and pool were charming and it is just two blocks from a fantastic brasserie. Highly recommend.

Firstly the positives, a friendly lady greeted us and showed us around and asked us about breakfast as we were leaving early next morning to get the ferry and apparently we were the only people staying there that night. She agreed to prepare us a cold breakfast which would be ready for us. Also, it was a beautiful view across the coastline. The negatives - the lady wouldn’t leave us alone, she kept coming and talking to us about this and that; it was like she was trying too hard. Next, the place was in need of a good tidy up. There are half finished jobs everywhere you looked. It is located on a very busy road so it’s never peaceful. This is not really a hotel, it felt like you were just a guest in her house. When we arrived for our breakfast, there was nobody around (assumed still asleep) and so we had to leave with nothing to eat or drink. All in all, one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.
