Had an absolutely phenomenal time.

The ice maker on our floor did not work, we stayed 3 nights, I let housekeeping know, the ice maker was never repaired, the refrigerator in our room did not work. The bottled water provided in the room was. a $12 charge, parking was $75 a night. We had ?2 margaritas at the beach $76. I don’t have a problem paying for extras but I felt the charges were excessive. The hotel room was very basic, not impressed.
I will choose a different hotel on any return trips to Miami Brach

宾馆地点环境都不错，设施也可以。无线网络很差，服务也不怎么地，清理房间到下午很晚才来，电话前台都是留言讲一大堆英文。

第一：如果不是每天泳池海滩的朋友可以考虑住市区，因为这边属于度假区，吃的也不多
第二：酒店很多游泳池，每天很热闹，喜欢安静的朋友不适合，并没有静谧奢华的感觉
第三：酒店设施老了，空调外机在床头，不能忍受的朋友请慎重
第四：服务很一般，前台办事那叫一个墨迹，总之你感受不到有服务
第五：衞生情况谈不上好，你看看我拍的玻璃外立面，还有一些房间细节，不够好

房间有点陈旧，其余都很完美

Service at the pool took long (ordered a beer bucket, so no mixing)! Refreshment lounge keys did not work, had to walk through all the hotel buildings again. Elevator in Tresor tower took forever since two were out of service, late check out was obly granted after asking personally at the reception but denied when calling guest services (20Minutes in line)!
Prive and reputation did not match the expectation
