Slightly out of Te Anau town – about 25 mins walk. Only 4 rooms. All have stunning views across the lake. Our host Hannah could not have been more helpful. This is a great, comfortable place to stay. Excellent breakfast too. I can’t recommend highly enough. 5*

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelelegen und die Zimmer wundersch?n eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist nicht zu überbieten. Das gr??ere Zimmer war für zwei etwas kleiner wenn man mit mehr als zwei Koffer reist. Das Frühstück lie? keinen Wunsch offen und war sehr lecker. Die Gastfreundlichkeit an jedem Tag spürbar. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld per Email lie? keinen Wunsch offen. Leider verfügen die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage und haben alle die Nachmittagssonne. Man kann zwar den Kühlschrank im Gemeinschaftsraum nutzen aber ein eigener im Zimmer würde mehr Privatsph?re und Platz bieten.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Dunluce. Situated away from the busy town centre, but near enough to walk there, makes Dunluce a little haven of tranquility. Hannah keeps such a pristine & comfortable home with freshly prepared breakfasts which are a great time to chat to fellow guests. The rooms are quiet & spacious, each with a private patio; Keppler, a corner room, has a spa bath in addition to a shower. Tea & coffee making facilities are available in the breakfast room. Hannah is a perfect hostess, always ready with information and willing to help. We hope to return.

It was a great pleasure to to find tranquility at the Dunluce B&B. Hana was an excellent host. She made custom hot breakfasts, which was nice compared to the warm buffet food we were getting used too. Great views from all 4 rooms. It was nice and quiet compared to the waterfront place we had downtown the night before. Good Job Hana! Keep up the good work. Thank you.

We loved our two night stay here. Hannah is a great host and prepared a super breakfast. Our room was excellent - comfy bed, fantastic bathroom and lovely views. The standard of decor is high. Quiet location. Easy walk into town - we really enjoyed beautiful Te Anau

I can't beat what others have said in their reviews. Top welcome from Hannah, lovely rooms, peaceful location, some home made/produced items available. 20/25 mins walk into Te Anau and the Fiordland cinema, seaplane and helicopter rides, and a variety of restaurants though the most popular ones do get booked up. 20 mins drive down to the start of the Doubtful Sound big day out.

We spent two nights at the beautiful Dunluce B&B. Our room was private and quiet, and had very nice views looking out at the lake, surrounded by beautiful gardens. Hannah our host was very friendly and welcoming. She created a wonderful freshly made breakfast experience! Dunluce was the perfect place for us to stay for our incredible Doubtful Sound adventure!

The Dunluce is immaculate, well-appointed and ideally situated close to town but in a tranquil spot. Great jumping off point for exploring the Fiordlands. Hannah, the host, is so sweet and will do whatever she can to make your stay in the area wonderful. Stayed for three nights and highly recommend!

We were fortunate to have two nights accommodation at this beautiful property. Hannah made us very welcome, our room was superb, extremely comfortable with many extra touches including heated flooring in the ensuite. Luxury! The communal "breakfast" room had yummy treats. Only a few minutes away from the lakes edge and main street with numerous dining options and shops to browse

An amazing place to stay, Hannah is very welcoming ,the B&B is fantastic and comfortable. Perfect place to stay especially if you’re thinking of going to Milford Sound. Would highly recommend. She kept us updated on what was happening in the area and was very helpful with a recommendation for a place to stop on our onward journey.
