  • Guest：We booked a room with AC and mini fridge. We were given a room with neither. After saying the room wasn’t what we booked, they said they could be in a mini fridge later. Eventually we got a room with AC. they shouldn’t list amenities they don’t have.
  • Guest：The hotel needs maintenance, our door didn’t shut properly and there were stains in the room.
  • Guest：This hotel is in the historic area and very old. The staff were most excellent friendly and helpful. I was expecting old and funky, but was disappointed in finding the ceiling in the bathroom covered in black mold. This is the reason we have low stars. If this could be addressed it would have more than meet my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old city within the walls. Breakfast was standard.
  • Guest：is a great ubication because is inside the castle, the problem is that the parking is very far, need to get the bags by ourselves to the hotel like 1km no help, directions is confused. the room is compact but confortable (is an old property) many options for dinner, shop and visit inside places, the sunshine is perfect, similar of Tostana
