Un piccolo gioello in posizione centralissima per visitare Chefchaouen. Personale disponibilissimo e cortese a cui darei 10 stelle se potessi. Avevamo necessità di fare colazione prima dell’orario prestabilito e gentilmente per noi hanno fatto un’eccezione. Cena e colazione preparate dalla cuoca bravissima, cucina casalinga tipica che non ho trovato altrove. Se tornassi a Chefchaouen tornerei da loro sicuramente!

Lovely quiet hotel in easy walking distance to the main square for restaurants and cafes and a great base to all we wanted to see and do in Chefchaouen. Spacious, nicely decorated and clean rooms and we enjoyed the views from the terrace. Friendly, helpful staff carry your bags to and from transport drop-off as there are stairs to navigate walking to this hotel and also inside (no lifts). There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room nor a safe.

This is the CUTEST hotel!!! Walking into our rooms in this hotel made us feel like we had been transported to Agrabah!! The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had a rain shower ! The mattresses were not the springiest but honestly after exploring chefchaouen all day, you will pass out anyway! The AC worked great! The breakfast in the morning was very yummy! I would recommend this stay!

H?tel très bien placé dans le centre de Chefchaouen avec une belle terrasse. L’accès est peu difficile aux chambres du fait des escaliers mais le personnel est charmant et vous aide volontiers avec les bagages. Petit déjeuner très simple et salle du petit déjeuner un peu triste (en sous-sol). Dommage….

Отличное место в старой Медине в двух минутах ходьбы от площади Ута-аль-Хаммам и крепости Касба. Сам отель небольшой, но комфортный с чистыми колоритными номерами. Завтрак без изысков, но сытный (омлет, лепёшки, овощи). Дружелюбный персонал.
В подтверждении бронирования было указано время заселения строго до 16:00, но сотрудник на ресепшн этому удивился и сказал, что приезжать можно в любое время.
На крыше есть терраса, но еду подают не там, а в цокольном этаже. Можно прийти посидеть со своей едой с видом на город.

When we arrived the front desk staff were neither welcoming nor informative. The bed mattresses were very hard and each person got only one pillow. In the bathroom, the water was only luke warm, there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion (only one kind of soap in a pump dispenser). My husband got an electric shock when his head happened to touch the light cover to the left of the sink. Breakfast buffet was quite sufficient.

Extremely well located hotel to enable easy access to everything you need. A quick walk to the main square where you can easily visit some great restaurants and shops. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty of options to suit most tastes. Staff were very friendly and super welcoming and willing to assist when asked. Our room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable. Noise does travel around a bit so you might want to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Roof top terrace also available.

Room decor charming but furniture worn - needs a little updating. Beds comfortable and breakfast decent. Located close to the central square of the old city hence close proximity to shopping & restaurants. Staff polite and friendly. A very pleasant accommodation.
