    • Guest：I recently had a stay in Aurooms, it was an amazing experience. I have a family of 4 so they gave us conjoined rooms which kept the privacy and safety of the kids together. Along with that, the room has a kettle, hot plate, and few quick utensils available which was a plus point as not much restaurants are available nearby. I visited in the snowy weather and the hotel has snow view from every angle. It was an incredible experiance. The staff is also very helpful and cooperative. Even the hotel’s restaurant has good taste, but not much options. Only thing that can be better is breakfast options, as they were very few.
    • Guest：Poor customer service,not profesional staff.I can say that hotel has no manager,the housekeepeers manager was rude to me,because of I asked to change my bedding and towels every day.I asked for toothbrush 3 times in reception and finaly they gave it to me on a second day after asking to manager.Room was not cleaned good,housekeeper was not changing the gloves after cleaning the bathroom.Pool is very small.The breakfast ws very poor and very same every day...
    • Guest：Beautiful location, nice rooms with comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and food in the restaurant. Nice and friendly personnel. Good, worm pool with cosy views. Comfortable lobby with 8 ball billiard table. Fresh and nice air. Comfortable yard for kids to play.
    • Guest：This hotel is one of the best hotels in bakuruani. When me and my friends where there it was so good that we didn’t want to leave, this hotel has everything:swimming pool,a meeting room, clean rooms and everything else. So it was one of the best experience of my life
