It was a wonderful stay. Any room in thie hotel will be tidy and quiet - great for a restful sleep.away from the city.

Rooms are small. There were ants on the windowsill. Good thing is that it’s near the overlooking volcano.

We had a great time of short stay here and smooth processing of my last minute booking. The location is great and nearby malls, church and along the highway. Personnels are friendly and accommodating. Our one night stay is value for money with free breakfast included. My son enjoyed the view from the rooftop restaurant because of overlooking view of Taal Lake and Taal Volcano.??

It seems that the hotel could use some improvement in terms of cleanliness as there were hair strands, spider webs, ants, and a large cockroach. Considering the price, it may be worth exploring other options that offer better value.

Accommodation is good, the location is good, the hospitality very excellent but the food is so expensive. I hope soon if I’m back in tagaytay the hotel area was improve.

酒店的位置優越，基本上坐巴士到Olivarez下車后可步行至酒店。馬路對面有個mall，mall內也有超市及餐廳，非常方便。
交通方面，如果你是自駕人士，酒店有提供泊車位，但位置不多。非凡国际算是backpacker，沒有駕車，但在對面的Mall旁有Tricycle聚集，方便算是出入。你也可以叫酒店職員叫Tricycle來門口接你。若果要從大雅臺返回馬尼拉，基本上在門口已可以截車。
酒店職員服務很好，服飾整潔，有笑容也有禮貌。
房間很小，但整潔。有毛巾提供，但沒有風筒及杯。酒店設計以環保及可持續發展為主，牙刷牙膏及拖鞋要向職員領取。(當然自備是最好的) 房間內沒有熱水煲，但在公共空間可以自由refill。房間內每一個角落都有環保的設計，十分欣賞。
屋頂有cafe, 景觀很好，但到晚上會有人大聲唱歌，唱至至少11pm。房間內也聽得到，有點嘈。非凡国际都在歌聲中入睡。
