We were in Chipping Norton at the weekend walking (pleasantly in the rain) and saw The Fox and decided to pop in as it looked so inviting. The warm log fire was roaring and the atmosphere was very cosy, so we decided to stay and enjoy a bar snack. We were welcomed by Ben (the Manager) and he discussed many things that Chipping Norton had to offer. The ales and beers had so much choice and when we looked at the Sunday lunch starting to be served, we had a change of heart – we were not going to be heading home that afternoon. Ben looked at what rooms were available and offered us a most competitive rate we changed and minds and decided to stay. As The Fox has its own car park at the rear of the building, we parked the car safely for the day / night and checked in our room. The room was immaculate and quaint and was just a walk up the stairs from where we were at the time – perfect. We ordered in advance the Sunday lunch as recommended as it is very sought after, and we eat at 6pm at the pre booked dining table and were not disappointed. Credit to the Chef’s for their generosity and the quality of the food. It was that healthy in portion size - we could not eat it all despite our best efforts. The beef and lamb were to die for – credit where it is due. The service was polite and friendly and it was a shame to leave. We checked out early and walked away knowing we would return, so a big thank you to Ben and his team for a lovely unplanned Sunday and it was a pleasure to meet you all

Great rooms, food, atmosphere, service, what more can I say? If you are heading to the Cotswolds, The Fox is the perfect place to base yourself, we used it to tour lots of delightful and picturesque villages. Our room was really comfortable, the staff looked after us very well, the evening meals were delicious in a room filled with bonhomie and atmosphere and the breakfast was wonderful. As if that isn't enough, they have their own brewery. Stay there, you won't regret it.

Fabulous stay at The Fox a very beautifully decorated, comfortable room with everything you need. Super breakfast plenty of choice and home cooked. We had dinner too best steak pie ever! X Atmosphere lovely and welcoming x 100% coming back x

The Fox, is set in a superb central location for all the local amenities including Diddly Squat Farm which is why we chose the Fox. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the friendliest staff. The room was lovely and clean with all the things we need for a short stay in Chipping Norton. On the first evening i had Burger and chips which had the most amazing flavour of char grill. My Wife had Fish and Chips which also came with mushy peas, curry and tartare sauce. The breakfasts here are really good with a great selection included. It's lovely to stay in a warm friendly and cozy place like the Fox. On the last night which just so happened to be wine night which gives you a 15% discount on all wines, we had Olives for starter and followed by a Buddha Bowl for my wife, which was so tasty, and I had the Beef shortrib pie. Wow that was so tasty. We followed this with the cheeseboard. Again the service was friendly and efficient. We would both recommend staying here for a lovely relaxing break.

Этот отель был выбран по высоким баллам и хвалебным отзывам на другом сайте для путешественников. На деле, все оказалось несколько иначе, чем предполагалось. Внутри отель хорош: мебель новая, чисто, внимательные сотрудники - претензий нет. Но находится отель в спальном районе (другие путешественники писали, что это бизнес-центр Барнаула, но сложно с ними согласиться). Напротив - крытый рынок. Рядом - стройка (впрочем, ее было неслышно). Окна выходят либо на парковку, либо на жилой многоэтажный дом. В отеле достаточно плохая звукоизоляция, а стена в стену к отелю находится банкетный зал. В первую ночь пребывания там было мероприятие, музыку слышали очень хорошо. Ценник за ночь достаточно высок, поэтому не очень понятно, почему, например, за феном и горячей водой надо идти на ресепшн, а тапочки и вовсе купить. Ну и, на мой взгляд, в стоимость номера можно было бы включить завтрак.

酒店非常乾凈整潔，裝修也比較現代。位置絕對是最佳，晚上周圍很熱鬧，也非常安全。正對人權博物館，景色一流。停車位很充足，只是價格稍貴。唯一的缺點是沒有游泳池。
