Super location, right behind the beach, staff very nice and friendly, daily free water refill, roofterrace good to dry beach towels and bikinis. Room and building a bit humid, management very strict, cleaning only every few days, late check-out expensive.
Уютный,тихий мини-отельчик.Приятный дизайн номера порадовал,очень много различных деталей в интерьере,которые добавляют уюта. Очень быстрое заселение.Наличие кондиционера,сейфа,тв,горячей воды.Расположение в начале 1 станции,до станции 2 очень близко,не заскучаете.Пляж через дорогу,есть тень укрыться от солнышка.

Great staff! We forgot our sneakers and the owner did us a favor of sending it back to us via LBC. The place is superb! This is my second time with them and I am still loving it!
Das Hotel war super, alles sauber und sch?n eingerichtet. Zimmer und Bad ziemlich eng, aber das war schon bei der Buchung ersichtlich. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen für ein etwas gr??eres Zimmer. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Cozy rooms, nice decoration of the hotel. Water refill available which is a great plus. Very clean, with very comfortable beds, pillows and blanket. No kettle in the room but you can ask for a hot water for your noodles at reception. Perfect location, beach is 30 seconds away, big supermarket (Robinson) is 15-20 minutes walk up the hill and 5 minutes more their is a City Mall with clothes, farmacy, fast food, cinema, etc. Minuses: window was not a window to the city, but internal window into the corridor and we had lack of the daylight; aircon was very noisy, and it has manual control, you need to stand up to switch it on/off, it was very hard to sleep first night even I had an earplugs, for the second night we set up the lowest regime, but still was noisy; only one towel per person. I would highly recommend this hotel if the price will be a bit lower, however in any case the hotel and the room and the bed and location itself are perfect.
Very clean, colonial Spanish decor, across the street from the beach, not too noisy at night attentive staff; Room is very small, no outside window, when it rains makes a noticeable rather loud drip noise on the a/c unit
Super convenient location. It is located right across the street from the white Sandy beach in station 1. So many good restaurants around. Walking distance to Boracay city center and the D mall area. Walking distance to Robinson grocery store and city mall. However, if you are planning to stay at this hotel don’t expect to get a good night sleep. The music from the neighboring bars is so loud. You wont be able to sleep. The place is clean, beds are comfortable. The downside it’s a noisy place:((
