                                Guest：Excellent and super kind staff with genuine desires to help! A group of us stayed here for many days and all had a great time. 
A restaurant in the hotel opens at 7 AM and closes at 10 PM serves very nice foods. 
Areas within 1.5 miles radius are full of excitements with all kinds of street vendors, all within walking distances. 
This hotel is very close to the city center, where courts, local police, national police and first responders are located. So, naturally, it is safe area to be. High mountain peaks are all viewable and hiking trails can lead to the local hill top that is approximately 11,000 feet above sea level, roughly 2 miles of walking. Once you’re on the top, you can see the whole Huaraz city.

                                Guest：I stayed for several days. The shower was not hot. One morning I took a cold shower but didn't complain. I was lucky to get a almost warm shower most of the time. The staff was excellent at the front desk. I had to ask for shower towels a couple of times which is inconvenient. 
Front desk and restaurant was excellent but I wouldn't stay here again.

                                Guest：Second time I've stayed here, second time I've loved it. Friendly, helpful staff; nice rooms; relatively quiet: good restaurant and easy walk to several more. It has consistent hot water and is very clean and well-maintained. Stairs required from street to lobby.
