The place is well maintained and the cleanliness is impeccable. You are to remove your shoes when entering the premise and you can tell the place is spotless. Amazing view from the shared patio. Host is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everywhere. Lots of eateries and night market is just three blocks away. Breakfast is simple but for the price, it is definitely satisfactory. Will definitely recommend to those who are visiting Luang Prabang.

We really enjoyed our stay here. They were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Robert told us all about the local area and helped us work out how to get around. Would recommend ??

Quite area of the historical part of the town on the riverside. Very good budget option however the cleanliness is not the greatest.
