The hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There is a major shopping and dining hub within 6 miles with plenty of options for food and shopping. The gym was also better than expected with multiple cardio machines, and a full set of dumbbells. My only complaint is that the restaurant and bar is not open when the hotel is not a capacity,

Room was clean, staff was nice, very good breakfast. Very close to stadium easy 5-10 min walk to front gate and crosswalk close by with police presence. Plenty of options for shopping and food nearby.

Stayed here over Christmas for the Chiefs game. Clean facility. Chill environment. Family friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we attend another game. ????

I travel a lot as an motorcoach tour bus operator and stay at a lot of properties around the country, although this was a personal trip.
Your front desk person, Ms. Elenor, was great to deal with - pleasant & accommodating!
Breakfast was good, hot, and area clean.
Location - surrounded by KC athletic complex vacant lots, was a little solitary in the off-season, but worked out ok.

Staff were exceptional. I met the General Manager when I was checking in and he was so kind. Rave review for everyone working there that I met during my stay. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It’s all about the convenience. Breakfast was great, constant hot food coming out and employees were very friendly.

Stay went well. No major complaints. I would say the king bed room with the pull out couch is a bit optimistic. Furniture would have to be rearranged and it looked like there wouldn't be enough room between it and the bed. So we just put a kid in bed with us and the other slept on the couch without it pulled out. That was the only issue. Staff was fantastic and overall, I'd stay here again.

L’h?tel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié.
