What a charming hotel! Beautifully decorated, with just the right touches of color in all the right places — simple yet elegant, with locally made crafts that show great taste and attention to detail. The staff couldn’t be more attentive; their kindness makes you feel truly at home. Every little detail is thought of — from the complimentary bicycles and delicious breakfast to the charging stations, comfy robes, and everything else you could possibly wish for. An absolutely delightful stay!

Ein unglaublich tolles Hotel, was wir gerne weiterempfehlen k?nnen. Preis/Leistung ist richtig gut und es ist alles liebevoll und perfekt. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist einfach fantastisch und die Lage und Ausstattung auch sehr gut.

My husband and I stayed in the Mulberry room for three nights in June 2025. I can’t say enough good about this hotel and their staff. Everyone who works at this hotel is dedicated to providing exceptional service and are genuinely kind people. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Great Laos made bath products. Our breakfast each morning was punctual and delicious. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons, which was a welcome amenity after many trips to Luang Prabang over the years and this being very unique for a hotel this close to town. The common areas of the hotel provide very comfortable areas to sit and socialize if you want to get our of your room. The location is an easy walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and yet is a very quiet location. This is the fourth property I have stayed at over the years in Luang Prabang and going forward can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

I've been meaning to write a review for a few months. We stayed here in mid-February for four days in the "mango" room. Location is quiet, but walkable to just about everything. Luang Prabang is pretty compact. We made use of the complementary bikes and biked all around. LP is surrounded by mountains but the town itself is in a valley so biking is a breeze. As everyone else notes, Phout, front desk manager, and the two French women who own the place are outstanding. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A truely beautiful hotel Only 6 x Rooms, but as soon as you enter you feel the sense of calm and tranquility instantly The Staff cannot do enough to ensure your stay is a memorable one The attention to the small details in the furnishings and design is exceptional The breakfast is cooked fresh and to your individual taste Cannot recommend this hotel enough It is truely deserving of the high reviews and accolades it has received A big thank you to Julie, Mrs Phout, Tanoy, Pong, Kii and Zam See you next time kwap jai lai lai ????

ホテルの内装がすごくタイプでした！ホテルの方々もとても亲切で、ロビーを通るたびに话しかけてくださいました?? また、朝食も豪华でメインの他にフルーツの盛り合わせがいただけるのもうれしかったです? 川沿いのほうまで歩くと少し远く、20分程度かかりますが、自転车のレンタルも可能なので観光にはなんの问题もなかったです。スーパーやご饭屋さん、商店なども近くにありました。

Such a fab three night stay here. My room was huge, with a separate seating area. Everything was well thought out, with great amenities. There was plenty of drinkable water left in my room each day along with a french press, electric kettle, and ground coffee. There was a place to hang clothes, the bathroom was roomy with quality towels and a robe. Everything in the entire hotel was super clean. Breakfast was great every morning with helpful staff always willing to answer questions. The location was walkable to all the spots we visited in town, and one day the hotel arranged a car and driver to take us to the waterfalls. I can definitely recommend a stay here, it's a luxurious small boutique hotel that's well-run.

What a find! Away from the main street although easily walkable to the night market and bars and restaurants. Carefully prepared breakfasts which we both enjoyed. Rooms are large and individually decorated, cleaned daily. Really loved the beautiful decor. Service was excellent. Any query was answered fully and suggestions for activities and restaurants given if and when required. There was a lovely pool area with beds and chairs too. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel for families or couples.

淋浴的水温不是很热，水压也比较小。这是唯一的缺点。其他都很赞。房间精心布置，有老挝特色。进大门就需要拖鞋，整栋房子到处都很乾净。GM和几位员工服务态度都很亲切。早餐虽然不像星级酒店那样选择丰富，但几样老挝特色的早餐味道都很不错，西式的也很好吃。
