    • Guest：Very flexible check-in, but the apartment was in poor condition. Both patio chairs were broken, the walls were dirty, the bathroom floor was not clean, there was a short in the bedroom light, the bathroom fan was very noisy, and the top of the refrigerator was dirty/stained. We had planned to stay 4 nights, but we were not comfortable staying more than one night. Host said all we needed to do was to let him know and things would be fixed, and blamed the condition of the apartment on the fact that a long-term rental had just vacated. He took no responsibility for booking us into an apartment that clearly had not been inspected to ensure it was in good condition. Putting the blame on us for not requesting repairs was ridiculous. I expected a clean and functional place upon check-in, not one that would need work throughout our stay.
    • Guest：Run down. Poorly maintained, It’s don’t cost much to put in new equipment. The microwave door handle is broken, electric fry pan looks like it from the 80’s and has no teflon Left on it, beside dirty before we used it. The steel wood is old and dirty come on it’s like $1 to put a new one in for each new guest when your paying over $120 per night surely you can put a new steel wood in a room. The manager isn’t friendly and it seems like he doesn’t want to be here. Asked a simple questions about local area and just got look at the board and walked away If we had our time over again wouldn’t stay here. We come back every two years for 1-2 weeks.
