Excellent Staff. Very nice property. Room very clean and comfortable. Very walkable to all restaurants, bars and shopping.

Parking was easy and safe. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Loved everything however we are allergic to cats and our room on the 5th floor had some pet allergies that set off an allergic reaction we didn't expect. We had understood pets were only allowed on the 3rd floor. Additionally the room across the hall had several dogs that barked...not a huge issue but again not the 3rd floor so 5th floor with dogs and allergies. Otherwise very lovely! Thank you!

The room was very comfortable and clean. We also thought the lady running breakfast was kind and efficient.

Room was clean, breakfast was excellent, staff was knowledgeable, pleasant, and eager to help. Outstanding stay!

Room was too small for me to sit down anywhere to put on shoes except bathroom. Had to move house toiletries off bathroom shelf so I could toothbrush there. Only place to put coffee pot was on small night stand which made it real hard to put c-pap there. Room was not made for a 6 foot 250 pound human.

Bed and pillows were absolutely amazing, super comfortable. Room stayed very warm for the cold night. Great location and super friendly staff. Getting to the parking lot prior to checking in is slightly confusing but there is a parking lot right next to it to park momentarily before moving it to the hotel’s parking lot.
We would love to come back and stay here again.

Well, unfortunately, I got there the first night checking in late and they put me in a room that wasn’t clean. I don’t know how that happened. I didn’t notice until the morning. They did give me that night free which was very good, but the rooms are so tiny. You just need to know this. They’re very nice though in the hotel is sweet.

Charming historic hotel in downtown Ashland! Beautifully decorated, comfortable and well located.
Restaurants and shopping galore. Theaters and playhouses all within a few blocks.
We loved it!

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, and the front desk person was really kind. Unfortunate that they charge a $15/day fee for Parking/Gym/Wifi amenities that they hide in small print.... that was not cool. We didn't use the gym nor parking. Other than that, beautiful hotel, great location.
