This is explained at check-in, and the password is printed on every guest’s keycard jacket. During your stay, we received no reports of Wi-Fi issues, and this same network is relied upon daily for our in-room tablets.On January 9th at approximately 9:40 a.m., the hotel experienced an unexpected emergency pipe failure originating from our boiler system. For safety and repair purposes, a temporary water shut-off was required while maintenance addressed the issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused, but this action was necessary to complete the repair as quickly and safely as possible.Regarding the “backyard” mentioned in your review, the hotel does not have a backyard. We believe this refers to the breezeway/service corridor between our building and the neighboring property. Rooms in this area are categorized as standard rooms and do not offer views. For guest privacy, these windows are fitted with privacy film, as the adjacent hotel’s windows align closely.We take cleanliness, transparency, and guest comfort seriously, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify these matters.
