As clearly shown in our photos, our hotel is a historic villa in traditional tuscan stylw; in this kind of property it is not possible to find modern solutions of furnishings, which your preferences semm to lean toward. we also regret the dinner was not to your liking, however please note that meals were not charged.

Dear Jeanette, we are grateful about your stay and your review. Our reception during low season is open from 7 am to 13 pm as you can see during the sta we made a tour all around the hotel :)At guests' disposal our night audit just ringing the bell on the main entrance in case of needs all day and night as well :) to ask glasses tooConcerning your venue we send all our details managing as best as possible restaurant's events and hotel guests
Thanks for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you had an overall remarkable experience. Concerning breakfast due to the lack of space within the buffet area we cannot put too many items at the same time therefore we bring a part of it at the beginning and then we refill during service hours. It may look like we run of of things but it's not. Concerning options and variety we believe we have already options both salty and sweet but we are always open to improvements :-) Hope to welcoming you again in the future.
