Wir haben 10 Tage Aufenthalt im Hotel im Januar genossen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem freundlichen Service unter Berücksichtigung, dass aufgrund der Jahreszeit der Service leicht eingeschr?nkt war, worüber wir aber informiert wurden. Es ist ein sehr romantisches Hotel in einer wundervollen Umgebung und einer Zufahrt meiner Tr?ume. Es gibt ebenfalls genügend Parkpl?tze und eine funktionierende Ladestation für Elektroautos (3 phasig AC, mind. 11kW). Einziger Verbesserungspunkt in unserem Zimmer ist die Dusche, welche viel zu klein geraten ist. Man kann sich darin kaum drehen. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super wellbeing location but quite remote We had a very relaxing 1 night stay at this pretty spa-style hotel in the Tuscan hills. Disappointingly, the restaurant was closed forcing us to travel to a nearby town, but we had a great experience and excellent meal. Overall it was very pleasant, but quite expensive.

What a charming place. I just loved it! It is a dream! Lots of green areas, parking is a plus, the place is ancient, but is very well kept! The outside is so charming. The room was like... going back in time! So charming! The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom is great, quite new. Staff is extremely friendly. We had dinner there one night and food is fantastic. Their Chianti wine is so good! And the best was when I was leaving and Signore Antonio spend some precious minutes chatting with me about the history of this place, which was just incredible to hear. The place has 800+ years, but it is very well maintained. This is a beautiful hotel! I could not enjoy the beautiful swiming pool because it is November and it is chilly, and so the pool was closed. But it is a beautiful swiming pool. This place is only 10 minutes from Lucca and around 20 minutes from Pisa.

Sono stata con mio marito e mio figlio di 3 mesi in questa splendida struttura. Ma, oltre alla location meravigliosa e alla cucina strepitosa, il mio soggiorno è stato reso una favola da tre angeli in particolare:Alessia, Francesca e la fantastica Barbara!! Alessia ha fatto in modo di farci avere la cena direttamente in camera, così come Francesca, con un tatto e un'incredibile attenzione alle nostre necessità da neo-genitori. Sempre con il sorriso e con una parola gentile, mi hanno fanno fatto sentire ben accolta. Barbara...che dire. Sempre disponibile, cordiale, e meravigliosa. Torneremo sicuramente, e non per la location ma per lo staff. Grazie per tutto! Da Tania, Angelo e dal piccolo Samuel!

Una maravillosa sorpresa este hotel en Luca, quisimos quedarnos un poco afuera de Pisa, para estar más tranquilos, y la verdad fue una magnífica idea, este hotel es de los que mas nos han gustado en la Toscana, muchas felicidades

Hotel Villa Cheli was a delightful and charming find in Lucca. The unique character of the hotel made our stay memorable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We would absolutely choose to stay here again.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Full of charm quirks, art, history and past grandeur. People were very welcoming and friendly, deluxe room in main villa was lovely and comfortable decorated in a traditional Italian Villa style in keeping with the historical Villa. Gorgeous views of the sweeping driveway and surrounding beautiful Countryside as requested. The bathroom may have been slightly dark but didn't bother us as it is an older style hotel. Good shower lovely shutters to keep out the light, not that there was any. Loved the big pool with it's lovely gardens and views very peaceful could hear nothing but crickets chirping. They booked dinner for us for that evening on arrival which was in the romantic softly lit Courtyard, very nice tried their wine very good would recommend. Breakfast was ok it is a 3 star hotel remember, plenty of pastries, bread, cheese ham etc the scrambled eggs maybe slightly over done for my taste . Juice could have been better but overall a lovely stay and they booked a private car transfer to Pisa for us too, the young driver was the most polite nicest smart friendly (handsome!) professional making it a really good experience, he also provided bottles of water and refreshing wipes. Only half hour to the airport and about 10/15 minutes ish by taxi to Lucca. Nice walks, Gelato place over the road, wine tasting in the hotel. Looks wonderful setting for weddings. Definitely recommend.

Prima hotel, mooi gelegen. Fijn zwembad. Kamer , heel netjes met vrije opgang. Mooie tuin met vlinders en veel fruitbomen. Keuken wat minder helaas.

La villa esternamente si presenta benissimo, anche la zona della piscina è molto bella e curata. Le camere sono spaziose ma secondo me andrebbero un po’ rimodernate. Il bagno purtroppo davvero piccolo con poco spazio per i movimenti. La colazione è self service e presenta molta scelta, ottima per iniziare la giornata! Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante della struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Unico neo a mio giudizio un po’ altri i prezzi delle bevande, una tazza di the caldo 4,50€ è davvero tanto considerato che non è stata fatta recapitare in camera ma portata in stanza da me medesima.
