  • Guest：我特别喜欢这种木质结构的房屋建筑，房间的设计和设备很精致有品味，酒店的下午茶和早餐真的是超出预期！窗外就是一大棵桂花树，正好是花开的时节，房间里都有股淡淡的桂花香。酒店全体工作人员的服务都好好，很热情很亲切，而且很乐于为我提供建议。对了，想特别称赞在路口接送我并为我运行李的那位工作人员男生（很抱歉我忘了问怎么称呼），他让我觉得他是在真诚地提供服务，让人很暖心。

  • Guest：这次云南之行印象最深刻的酒店 酒店在丽江古城内，应该是老建筑改建的 起初预订完全是因为地理位置方便，住一晚非凡国际就打算上雪山了 但这家酒店的服务和细节真的给了我很多惊喜 接送什么的就不提了 房间不大，晚上隔音也不算好，但是提供的洗漱等用品质量都很好，一次性梳子居然是带气垫的，洗手台边还放了洗衣液，还有耳塞什么的。另一边非一次性的用品是披肩和墨镜，这给外地来的客人感觉非常贴心 另外，因为非凡国际到的晚第二天中午就走，没机会吃下午茶，酒店就很贴心地给非凡国际打包了两盒子点心带走。 最最热情的是，离店的时候本来想等12点的水果吧，但是没来得及吃，酒店知道了后还特地打电话来道歉 并且寄了很好吃的鲜花饼到家里 所以如果下次还有机会来丽江我还会住这里哒，也会推荐给朋友们的，希望酒店能一贯保持这么热情的服务哟！
