地板不知道多久没有擦洗了，床头柜下面厚厚的一层积灰，绝对是没有扫过地而不是没扫干净那种，桌子上的台灯黏糊糊的也不擦一下，电线裸露。床品没有换干净的，是酒店默许还是保洁偷懒，四个枕头明显的使用痕迹，没有干净布草的味道，打了个电话给前台让送四条枕套上来自己更换了一下，被套也就勉强自己算了。灯光昏暗使人不适。以前锦江之星挺好的，现在怎么这样拉胯了蛮失望的。

酒店服务很到位，清洁人员和前台都很友善负责。但是住客素质奇低无比，晚上十一点半隔壁房间三个老登开着门大声聊天，并且还在禁烟房间里抽烟。出去第一次沟通时发生冲突，说我是“***”“**”，我一人独自出行顿时想起唐山诸多事故，故不敢多说什么，便回房间与前台沟通，前台友善地进行了沟通，然而由于被恐吓“知道我住在哪个房间，别人他们逮到我”，我真的很怕夜深人静时被上门报复，于是与前台要求换房，最终换了房间。酒店方态度服务都很不错，然而某些***老登的素质是真的低下，让人觉得恶心??

Location is good, few minutes walking from a metro station. Bed was confortable. The room needs a bit of paint, and better soundproof.

Nice hotel, a little bit far from metro. My room was clean and in order. Hotel desk people not so polite.

The hotel is around 10- 15 mt walk from the enterance of Zhongshan Park station, it's pretty far if you are carrying big luggages. But if you are without too much luggages then it's just fine. The location is not hard to find, there are some mini marts around it. The room is clean in general. The towels are not too clean though, and they have a strong smell... I kinda hope the hotel provide common cups and not only paper cups... I asked the receptionist if she could help me to order a taxi and she said it was hard to do. At the end I walked a bit and took the metro...
