地板不知道多久沒有擦洗了，床頭柜下面厚厚的一層積灰，絕對是沒有掃過地而不是沒掃干凈那種，桌子上的臺燈黏糊糊的也不擦一下，電線裸露。床品沒有換干凈的，是酒店默許還是保潔偷懶，四個枕頭明顯的使用痕跡，沒有干凈布草的味道，打了個電話給前臺讓送四條枕套上來自己更換了一下，被套也就勉強自己算了。燈光昏暗使人不適。以前錦江之星挺好的，現在怎么這樣拉胯了蠻失望的。

酒店服務很到位，清潔人員和前臺都很友善負責。但是住客素質奇低無比，晚上十一點半隔壁房間三個老登開著門大聲聊天，并且還在禁煙房間里抽煙。出去第一次溝通時發生沖突，說我是“***”“**”，我一人獨自出行頓時想起唐山諸多事故，故不敢多說什么，便回房間與前臺溝通，前臺友善地進行了溝通，然而由于被恐嚇“知道我住在哪個房間，別人他們逮到我”，我真的很怕夜深人靜時被上門報復，于是與前臺要求換房，最終換了房間。酒店方態度服務都很不錯，然而某些***老登的素質是真的低下，讓人覺得惡心??

Location is good, few minutes walking from a metro station. Bed was confortable. The room needs a bit of paint, and better soundproof.

Nice hotel, a little bit far from metro. My room was clean and in order. Hotel desk people not so polite.

The hotel is around 10- 15 mt walk from the enterance of Zhongshan Park station, it's pretty far if you are carrying big luggages. But if you are without too much luggages then it's just fine. The location is not hard to find, there are some mini marts around it. The room is clean in general. The towels are not too clean though, and they have a strong smell... I kinda hope the hotel provide common cups and not only paper cups... I asked the receptionist if she could help me to order a taxi and she said it was hard to do. At the end I walked a bit and took the metro...
