The Youth Hostel building is a century-old German Villa. It was built in 1910 as the private residence for a German investor of the Tsingdao Beer factory.
The Hostel is situated in Tianmu City, which is awarded the highest national scenic rating of AAAA, and its location is at the core of the busy Taidong commercial area, right next to the Tsingdao Beer factory at Dengzhou Road.
